CTET Exam Selection Process

 

भारत सरकार ने केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड दिल्ली (CBSE), को Central Teacher Eligibility Test केंद्रीय शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (CTET) आयोजित करने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। प्रत्येक वर्ष, केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड शिक्षक पदों के लिए Candidates की भर्ती के लिए CTET Exam आयोजित करता है। CTET Exam साल में दो बार आयोजित की जाती है |
CTET Exam में 2 Paper होते है ।

CTET Paper 1 Exam (Primary Level) के शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है। CTET Exam Paper 1 में 5 section होते है जो की निम्नलिखित है -

I. Detailed topic of Child Development and Pedagogy

 

a) Child Development (Primary School Child)

 

1. Concept of development and its relationship with learning

2. Principles of the development of children

3. Influence of Heredity & Environment

4. Socialization processes: Social world & children (Teacher, Parents, Peers)

5. Piaget, Kohlberg and Vygotsky: constructs and critical perspectives

6. Concepts of child-centered and progressive education

7. Critical perspective of the construct of Intelligence

8. Multi-Dimensional Intelligence

9. Language & Thought

10. Gender as a social construct; gender roles, gender-bias and educational practice

11. Individual differences among learners, understanding differences based on diversity of language, caste, gender, community, religion etc.
