Who has been appointed as the full-time DGP of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir?
The Home Ministry has recently appointed RR Swain as the full-time DGP of Jammu and Kashmir. Till now he was holding the additional charge of DGP Jammu and Kashmir. According to the order issued by Under Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Swann is appointed as DGP from the date of assuming charge till 30-09-2024 or until further orders.
